According to reports, AC Milan intends to sign Spanish defender Juan Miranda in the January transfer window as they seek insurance at left-back.
According to Calciomercato.com journalist Daniele Longo, the Rossoneri are looking to strike a deal with Real Betis for the former Barcelona defender.
With his contract with the Spanish club set to expire in June 2024, Milan might sign him for less than his market worth, or at the very least secure an agreement for him to join the club at the end of the season.
Milan had been seeking to sign a left-back for the most of the summer transfer window, but Fode Ballo-Toure’s delayed departure made it impossible.
Davide Bartesaghi and Alessandro Florenzi can fill in as backups, but the club appears determined to add a new natural left-back to the squad.
