AC Milan are always looking for new ways to reinforce the squad while keeping an eye on the budget, and they are apparently interested in a Real Betis defender.
According to Corriere dello Sport (via MilanNews), the Milan management are not resting after the summer mercato because they are planning ahead for future transfer windows to look for reinforcements.
One of the departments to be fine-tuned is the left flank where a true dependable deputy to Theo Hernandez is missing. The club are still satisfied with Davide Bertesaghi – who made his debut in Serie A on Saturday – but he is 17 and must grow without pressure.
Milan are thus looking for someone with greater experience and one of the names on their list is Juan Miranda of Real Betis, who at 23 years of age has already made 83 appearances for the Seville-based side.
The defender was followed in the summer, but Geoffrey Moncada and Giorgio Furlani seem determined to try land him on a free when his deal expires in June 2024.
