GOOD NEWS: Milan ‘all-in’ on Lille striker – the striker’s response and Furlani’s plan reveal

According to a source, AC Milan are ready to go ‘all-in’ for Lille’s Jonathan David, and the player would be open to moving next summer.

According to Calciomercato.com, Milan will aim to recruit Juan Miranda from Real Betis as Theo Hernandez’s backup in January, but possibly more importantly, they will try to reach a deal for Jonathan David for next season.

In sport, a player’s will always has a significant specific weight, as Milan discovered this summer in each of their discussions, and Milan have received the’strong approval’ of the striker, who has multiple offers and is set to depart Lille in 2024.

The Canadian international, it should be noted, has a contract expiring in 2024 that has not yet been extended, implying that Lille will be compelled to sell.

CEO Giorgio Furlani, even more than in previous operations, could be pivotal in this one. He can use his strong ties with Lille to try to close the operation in January with an eye toward next summer.

This is a possibility that is now being investigated, but it cannot be ruled out that the club will soon enter the operating phase.
