‘Interesting’: Peter Crouch predicts who’ll win this weekend clash of Wolves against Aston Villa

Wolves host Aston Villa at Molineux this Saturday in what promises to be a challenging contest.

With the triumph over Manchester City last week still fresh in their minds, Gary O’Neil’s players will come out confidently at Molineux this Sunday.

Wolves will not be the only confident team there, as Aston Villa are coming off a 6-1 thrashing of Brighton and a home Europa Conference League triumph.

Molineux will be rocking, and several players for the home side are on fire, making a win look feasible.

However, Peter Crouch disagreed with that while making predictions for the league’s games.

Interesting': Peter Crouch predicts who'll win this weekend - Wolves or Aston Villa

Crouch believes Wolves will beat Villa.
The former Liverpool striker revealed on That Peter Crouch Podcast that he loves Wolves but doesn’t see them beating Villa.

“This is an intriguing one. I believe Wolves after beating Manchester City at home.

“But I just don’t think they score enough goals, I like them, they do a lot of good work but I just don’t think they score enough goals and I think Villa are strong.”

He then completed his prediction for the game, saying that “I love Unai Emery, I like the team at the moment, so I’ve gone Villa 2-0.”

Can Wolves steal a victory? Wolves demonstrated last week that they can do it, contrary to Peter Crouch’s beliefs, by scoring two goals against City.

If they are to get points from this game, it will most likely be in a similar fashion to the City game, with rapid breaks and limited opportunities.

This means Wolves will most likely rely on Pedro Neto to deliver once more as he continues his outstanding season.

We believe Wolves can get at least a point today, especially with Villa maybe suffering from a hangover following their European heroics.
