After thrashing PSG 4-1 in the Champions League in midweek, the good news for Newcastle United fans just kept coming.
This time, it was their star midfielder, Bruno Guimaraes, who signed a new five-year contract, with his wife, Ane Guimaraes, telling him on Instagram, ‘you deserve it’.
Despite the fact that supporters would have shut it down, there were rumors that Real Madrid was interested in bringing him in.

But any concerns have been alleviated since, as Newcastle resume their Champions League campaign, one of their important players is now set to stay for the long term.
