Rangers have yet to put forth a clear and final contender for the post, despite mounting buzz about a number of possibilities.

According to Sky Sports, Rangers have spoken with ex-AS Monaco manager Philippe Clement and Yokohama F Marinos manager Kevin Muscat, but the duo are “just two of the various options” who have met with the club in London.

This has sparked speculation about who those names could be, with Sky Sports considering ex-Frankfurt manager Oliver Glasner and AZ Alkmaar manager Pascal Jansen.

However, according to the research, the latter of these names is likely to continue in the Netherlands.

Sky Sports has ruled out six potential Rangers managers.
While Sky Sports does not pick a clear favorite to be the next Rangers manager, they do rule out six names from final talks.

Former Birmingham City manager John Eustace was sacked by St Andrews this week, but he will not take over at Ibrox.

Preston manager Ryan Lowe, Chelsea icon Frank Lampard, ex-England footballer Scott Parker, former Nottingham Forest manager Billy Davies, and the long-debunked Graham Potter join the Englishman.

Rangers are still looking for their next manager, but according to Sky Sports, reports of conflicts among the Ibrox Board are exaggerated.

We expect further action on this by the end of the week, although Rangers have already stated that they will not hurry into an appointment as they need a long-term leader.
