Juan Miranda has risen to the top of AC Milan’s want list for the position of left-back. His contract will expire in the summer, and the Rossoneri are expected to make a move in January, according to many reports.
Without Davide Bartesaghi, Theo Hernandez is the only proper left-back in the squad, and one of Milan’s priority is to change that. As a result, Real Betis’ Juan Miranda has become a target for them.
Contacts for the 23-year-old are ongoing, according to Sky Italia, and Milan are willing to invest €5-6 million to sign him in January. Betis sought €12 million for him in the summer, but because the extension talks haven’t gone well, they may settle for half.
Daniele Longo has also announced that Milan will aim to enter the competition in January. So far, the renewal talks for Betis have not been successful, and even if a January move is ruled out, the Rossoneri will try to sign him for free in the summer.
More information about the situation should become available as we approach January.
