Lee Bell, the manager of Crewe Alexandra, is “in the frame” to lead the Bantams, claims Football Insider.

Bell was chosen as the permanent manager of Mornflake Stadium in December after taking over on an interim basis in November of last year.

Bell’s team has had a fantastic start to the season after helping the Railwaymen to a 15th-place finish in League Two last year. They are now sitting fourth in the table after collecting 23 points from their opening 13 league games.

Crewe, who leads the fourth tier in goals scored with 30 so far this year, eliminated Championship team Sunderland from the Carabao Cup in August after a 1-1 draw at the Stadium of Light.
