OCTOBER 25 THURSDAY INDURANCE REPORT The first injury report for the Los Angeles Rams has been made public ahead of their Sunday game against the Dallas Cowboys.

Young and Yeast were the two most noteworthy additions, but the majority of the Rams players on the report were also there last week. With just one player on the report, the Cowboys are remarkably healthy, which is not shocking for a team coming off a bye week.

22 OCT YEAST HURT In their Sunday matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Los Angeles Rams have already suffered injuries on both sides of the ball.

But the biggest injury might have been to safety Russ Yeast, given their deficiency in depth in the secondary.

Following a blindside block by Steelers receiver George Pickens in the first quarter of Sunday’s game, Yeast appeared to have injured his hip but took a while to stand up.

After visiting the medical tent, yeast came out donning the same hip brace that quarterback Matthew Stafford had worn following his injury a few weeks prior against the Indianapolis Colts.

It is currently uncertain if yeast will reappear.

On the other hand, Watt’s arrival significantly altered the Steelers’ report. It will be interesting to see how the 2021 Defensive Player of the Year plays on Sunday because he only sustained his injury on Thursday. Another major setback for Pittsburgh was that Freiermuth’s participation shifted from full to limited.

RIVERS TO IR OCT 18 Ronnie Rivers, the backup running back for the Los Angeles Rams, will reportedly miss at least the next four games after the team placed him on injured reserve on Wednesday afternoon.

During the team’s victory over the Cardinals last week, Rivers sprained his PCL.

Despite suffering an injury during the victory over Arizona, starter Kyren Williams will not be placed on injured reserve.

Zach Evans, a rookie, will most likely start in place of Williams and Rivers. The Rams also signed Darrell Henderson and Myles Gaskin, and they promoted Royce Freeman to the active roster.

Williams, who scored a touchdown and ran for 158 yards against Arizona, sustained an ankle injury late in the game. An MRI is reportedly planned for Monday.

In addition, Rivers will have an MRI on Monday after sustaining what the Rams think is a PCL sprain.

If that’s the case, Rivers might be out for several weeks.

If they are both unable to play against the Steelers on Sunday, rookie Zach Evans might start.

Noteboom Inactive, October 15 The Los Angeles Rams have announced that starting right guard Joe Noteboom will not play against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday afternoon.
