If that name sounds familiar, it should, because Evans, 27, is a former Alabama collegiate star who was selected by the Tennessee Titans in the first round, 22nd overall, in the 2018 NFL Draft.

He was with the team through the 2021 season before joining the Atlanta Falcons in 2022.

Evans is also a name Eagles fans may recognize from his tenure with the team this year.

Evans had 159 tackles and two sacks for the Falcons last season, so Dallas has added a player with considerable potential, who also happens to be fairly familiar with Philadelphia, ahead of the big game.

The Eagles are 7-1 heading into the NFC East battle, while the Cowboys are 5-2.
