As the Raptors prepare to host the Washington Wizards on Monday night, forward O.G. Anunoby is listed as questionable with a right finger laceration.
This season, Anunoby is averaging 16.4 points and 4.0 rebounds per game while shooting 51% from the field and 39.3% from three-point range.
The 26-year-old is also an important defensive player for the Raptors, frequently guarding opposing teams’ best perimeter scorer. So far, he has only missed one game.
On Sunday, the Raptors announced that guard Gary Trent Jr. is questionable (right foot, plantar fasciitis) and center Christian Koloko is out (respiratory issue).
Trent, who has a season average of 10.4 points, did not play in Saturday’s 117-94 loss to the Boston Celtics. Koloko has yet to appear in a game this season.
Toronto (4-5) is ranked 11th in the NBA’s Eastern Conference, while Washington (2-7) is ranked 14th. The Wizards have now lost two straight games.
