The Rams have made a couple of roster changes as they return from their bye week.
Los Angeles announced the signing of linebacker Keir Thomas and the release of linebacker Zach VanValkenburg.
Last season, Thomas appeared in eight games for the Los Angeles Rams, mostly on special teams. He also made 71 defensive plays. He had four total tackles, including two for loss.
VanValkenburg had appeared in all nine of Los Angeles’ games this season, totaling nine tackles, a tackle for loss, a sack, and two QB hits. He played 16 percent of the defensive snaps and 23 percent of the special teams snaps.
