CLEVELAND, OHIO – Deshaun Watson, quarterback of the Cleveland Browns, is on the mend.
The quarterback underwent surgery today to repair a displaced fracture to the glenoid in his right shoulder, according to the team.
Watson’s rehabilitation will begin on Friday, with a full recovery anticipated before the start of the 2024 season.
Watson was declared out for the season last week after injuring his right shoulder in the team’s week 10 victory over the Baltimore Ravens.
The team stated, “The surgery was performed by Neal EIAttrache, MD, in Los Angeles and was deemed successful.”
