JUST IN: Deshaun Watson send a two word message to Dorian Thompson-Robinson after Browns win over Steelers.

Following devastating injuries to their roster, the Cleveland Browns have finally found the diamond in the rough. They won’t see Nick Chubb for the rest of the season, and Deshaun Watson’s availability remains uncertain. Despite this, Dorian Thompson-Robinson rose to the occasion and outgunned Kenny Pickett and the Pittsburgh Steelers. All of this could be attributed to their quarterback’s wise counsel during his injury, according to Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com.

“Deshaun was pretty much in my area for the entire second half.” Just comforting me, making sure I’m okay, motivating me, and telling me, ‘Hey, I’ve been here before, and you’re going to give it another shot.’ And I certainly did. “And I was able to take advantage of it,” Dorian Thompson-Robinson said of his recent interactions with Deshaun Watson.

When the Browns faced the Steelers, both quarterbacks delivered. Thompson-Robinson passed for 165 yards, surpassing Kenny Pickett’s 106. However, his playing style still leaves a lot to be desired. He threw an interception and only had 43 passing attempts to complete 24 passes.

There is still time for him to improve, but he must do so quickly. The Denver Broncos, led by veterans like Sean Payton and Russell Wilson, are their next opponents. When spring arrives, the Browns hope to improve to an eight-win record to boost their postseason chances. Will Thompson-Robinson take them there despite their horrific injuries?
