“Deshaun was pretty much in my area for the entire second half.” Just comforting me, making sure I’m okay, motivating me, and telling me, ‘Hey, I’ve been here before, and you’re going to give it another shot.’ And I certainly did. “And I was able to take advantage of it,” Dorian Thompson-Robinson said of his recent interactions with Deshaun Watson.
When the Browns faced the Steelers, both quarterbacks delivered. Thompson-Robinson passed for 165 yards, surpassing Kenny Pickett’s 106. However, his playing style still leaves a lot to be desired. He threw an interception and only had 43 passing attempts to complete 24 passes.
There is still time for him to improve, but he must do so quickly. The Denver Broncos, led by veterans like Sean Payton and Russell Wilson, are their next opponents.
