Sam Howell has started twelve games for the Washington Commanders and has persuaded many that he should be the quarterback around whom the team builds for the future. Howell was drafted in the fifth round last year and did not make his first start until the final week of his rookie season. He led the Commanders to a win over the Dallas Cowboys and will face them again on Thanksgiving.
