The Cleveland Browns are making a quarterback change with Dorian Thompson-Robinson still in concussion protocol.

Speaking to reporters on Wednesday, Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski revealed that if Thompson-Robinson is unable to play, Joe Flacco will start for Cleveland in Week 13 against the Los Angeles Rams. After starter Deshaun Watson suffered a season-ending shoulder injury that necessitated surgery, the Browns signed the 38-year-old Flacco to their practice squad last week.
