Auburn’s 2025 class continues to grow with the commitment of 4-star defensive lineman Kalen Edwards on Monday evening.
With his commitment, Edwards became Auburn’s seventh commitment of the 2025 class, propelling the Tigers to fifth in the nation.
The Tigers were able to lure Edwards away from other SEC schools, as he chose Auburn over offers from Tennessee, Missouri, Georgia, and Arkansas.
Edwards is 6 feet 4 inches tall and 330 pounds, and he attends Dyersburg High School in Dyersburg, Tennessee. According to 247Sports, Edwards is the 28th best defensive line prospect in the country, and he was primarily recruited by defensive lineman coach Jeremy Garrett.
As Freeze adds another piece to the Tigers trenches, the top-300 recruit joins fellow defensive line commits 4-star Malik Autry, 4-star Jakaleb Faulk, and 4-star Jourdin Crawford.
