Since he was employed last year, the players have consistently shown faith in him and his message. That conviction was put to the test early on, but he and his group didn’t waver and things have since improved.

Bears brass may decide to make a move during the final four games, but as of right now, I believe he and his squad have proven enough for the team to keep him around.
