BREAKING NEWS: huge reaction as coaching staff losing the Chicago Bears locker room

The Chicago Bears blew a double-digit lead in the fourth quarter for the third time in two months, losing another game. This time, the Cleveland Browns won it, thanks to Joe Flacco’s 212 yards in the final 15 minutes. While the defense will take the brunt of the blame for the collapse, the offense should also be blamed for a dreadful afternoon. They couldn’t accomplish much on the ground or in the air. A lot of it was due to mistakes, such as two dropped touchdowns and some missed blocks.

Devastating': The Chicago Bears' latest loss — with another blown lead in Cleveland — may cut the deepest

Most people, however, blamed offensive coordinator Luke Getsy for his conservative approach, which essentially allowed Cleveland to do whatever they wanted for the majority of the afternoon. This time, it appears that fans and the media were not the only ones who were displeased. Darnell Mooney, a wide receiver, had something to say about it after the game.

“I DIDN’T LIKE HOW WE FELT IN THE THIRD QUARTER.” JUST CONSERVATIVE AND LACKADAISICAL. EVERYONE WAS EXCITED THAT WE WERE WINNING AND JUST HAD TO BE AGGRESSIVE AND CONTINUE TO PUT THEIR FOOT ON THE PEDAL AND GO OUT THERE AND PUNCH ‘EM. IN THE THIRD QUARTER, YOU CAN’T GET TOO COMFORTABLE. THAT’S EXACTLY WHAT BIT US. ONCE THEY SCORED, I TRYED TO SWITCH GEARS IN THE FOURTH QUARTER. THAT IS DIFFICULT TO DO.”

He didn’t mention anyone by name, but the words he used made it clear who he was referring to.
People will slam him for having the audacity to criticize anyone after an ugly game that included a missed block on 4th and 1 and a dropped game-winning Hail Mary. However, he received assistance from teammate D.J. Moore.

Another sign points to the coaching staff losing the Chicago Bears locker room

The coaching staff of the Chicago Bears is in big trouble.
Conversations have shifted away from the contention that the roster is insufficient. By now, it’s clear that GM Ryan Poles has assembled a roster of players capable of winning games. Matt Eberflus has blown far too many chances this season. Three fourth-quarter collapses are enough. He also hired the inexperienced Getsy for the job. He’s instilled in this team a conservative mindset, coaching not to lose rather than being aggressive. Despite his ability as a play caller, Eberflus continues to be a poor head coach.

The fact that players had no qualms about speaking out about this issue reveals a lot about what is going on in the locker room. While no fights have occurred, the frustration appears to be growing. Mooney, Moore, and others believe this team should be in a much better position than it is. The coaches’ stubborn refusal to stay on the offensive is breeding resentment. It’s one of several reasons team president Kevin Warren and general manager Ryan Poles might have to make changes next month.
