A worrisome occurrence occurred during a Thursday night game in Cleveland involving Brown”s Elijah Moore. Moore was tackled in the second quarter, and the way he collapsed was concerning. His head impacted the ground first, followed by a roll onto his back. Moore”s head shook as he lay on the ground, and his arms flailed in a way that suggested he had no control over them.

As a precaution, a teammate swiftly summoned the training staff. The Amazon Prime Video show quickly changed camera angles. Moore was attended to by trainers, and while he walked off the field with help, he did not return to the game. The Browns eventually revealed he had a concussion.
Moore”s actions appeared to be “involuntary,” according to Dr. Evan Jeffries, and were linked to a brain damage. Moore may have had a seizure, according to another doctor, Jesse Morse.

Moore recorded five receptions for 61 yards and a touchdown against his former team, the New York Jets, prior to the injury. Amari Cooper was already out with a heel ailment for the Browns. The Browns had not offered any additional information beyond confirming the concussion as of the most recent report.
