INJURY UPDATE: Browns Head Coach Kevin Stefanski issues a fresh injury update on Elijah Moore after suffering a severe head injury

The Cleveland Browns have just gotten a huge break.

An injury-plagued season full of concerning situations could have gone far worse.

According to Jake Trotter of ESPN, Browns WR Elijah Moore has been released from the hospital and is now safe and well at home.
The talented playmaker was hospitalized Thursday night after suffering a severe head injury during his team’s playoff-clinching win over the New York Jets.

He remained on the field for some time and made some involuntary arm movements, indicating that he had sustained a concussion.

HC Moore is doing considerably better now, according to Kevin Stefanski, although he’s still in the concussion protocol.

Moore was injured in the second quarter when his head collided with the turf.
He began shaking and was rushed off the field, and while he was able to stand and walk on his own, it was still a frightening sight.

Moore had just scored an eight-yard touchdown, bringing his season total to 58 catches for 640 yards and two touchdowns.

Needless to say, his health comes first and foremost, and with the Browns already assured of a playoff spot, it wouldn’t be surprising to see them play it safe with him and rule him out for the rest of the regular season.

This Browns squad has been the most tenacious in the NFL, and while everyone wants their best players on the field at all times, they just keep winning.
