For the University of Louisville football team, it has been an eventful month.

The Cardinals enrolled 14 scholarship athletes on signing day and have been using the transfer portal. They currently have the third-class of portal commitments. “From the high school ranks, we want to recruit the best athletes, we can at all the positions that we think will fit and can come in here,” Brohm stated. We want to make sure we are obtaining the top prospects possible from the high school ranks, but it’s never going to be flawless.

“We want to recruit the best student athletes from this state and the surrounding area and work our way south from there for the most part.”
