With an ankle issue, the Texans ruled out starting defensive end Jonathan Greenard on Thursday.
He has 12.5 sacks and 15 tackles for loss to lead the club. In terms of sacks, he is tied for 10th in the league.
Noah Brown, a wide receiver, has also been ruled out due to a back ailment. This season, he has caught 33 passes for 567 yards, a career high.
Several starters for the Texans are questionable, including defensive end Will Anderson Jr., left tackle Laremy Tunsil, and defensive tackles Maliek Collins and Sheldon Rankins.
