BREAKING NEWS: Alabama Football Trending for Two at the Army All-American Game

Alabama hasn’t yet concluded its recruiting class for 2024. Although two prospects have already signed, they will reveal their destinations on Saturday, January 6, 2024, at noon CT or 1:00 PM ET during the Army All-American Game. NBC will broadcast it.

These games used to be the final major exhibition for prospects to show off their skills before National Signing Day in February. The Early Signing Period, however, has rendered this argument obsolete.
4-star RB Daniel Hill, a 6-1,230-pound running back from Meridian, Mississippi, has a lot of potential. For a while, South Carolina was the front-runner. There might have been some bias there because Hill’s father was a defensive lineman for Mississippi State. He is currently the favorite to declare for Alabama, though. But really, with all the running backs the Crimson Tide has sent to the NFL, how can someone choose one of those two over them? It is assumed that he has expressed his desire to remain at running back to every program if he is so adamant about staying there. I know that Nick Saban explains to his prospects how the Tide envisions their role in the program, but I can’t answer for the other programs.

4-star database Daytona Beach, Florida native Zavier “Zay” Mincey is a big-framed DB (6-2.5/175) with the ability to play safety or corner. Miami and Florida are also involved. Until December’s Early Signing Day, it appeared as though the ‘Canes were in the lead. After then, the mood turned and remained in Alabama. According to 247Sports and MaxPreps, Mincey has amassed 91 tackles in 34 varsity games, including five for loss, eight interceptions, 27 passes defended, and two forced fumbles. Next week, he’ll take off from San Antonio and fly straight to the college of his choice to start his collegiate career.
