After receiving an offer from the Florida Gators this past Friday, Seffner (Fla.) Armwood 2026 defensive back Jaelen Waters made plans to attend the University of Florida’s inaugural junior day of the season. This was not his first visit to Gainesville, but it was his first journey to get a more in-depth look at the city.
“My time was good,” stated Waters. “I spoke with Coach Will [Harris], as well as most of the other coaches there.” I was able to sit down with Coach Napier and have a lengthy discussion with him and Coach Harris. They were both telling me to be modest during the process. They were astounded by what I accomplished in the past year, and how I went from having no film to where I am today in a year.”
