Micah “Champ” Smith, a four-star offensive tackle prospect for Vero Beach, Florida, is a 2026; on January 13, he visited the Florida Gators’ first Junior Day of the month. It was a nice opportunity for him to return and witness some of the changes that had occurred on campus since his last visit to Gainesville, as he hadn’t been to Florida since last spring

Regarding the visit, he stated, “Just seeing things from first being built to now all being built, it was really nice.” “I enjoy the amenities that are offered there. The coaching staff at Florida is, I believe, the funniest I have ever encountered. Some of the funniest guys are those individuals. I spent a great deal of time working with Coaches [Darnell] Stapleton and Rob Sale, who coach the offensive line.”

Rob Sale and Darnell Stapleton, the offensive line coaches, were two of the trip’s highlights for the Top 100 big guy. Despite the fact that they haven’t spent much time together, they immediately put him at ease.
