BREAKING NEWS: Saint have receive a huge boost the pursuit of HoustonTexans Coach for offensive coordinator

The New Orleans Saints are looking to fill a coach’s seat, and they have narrowed their search to a highly sought-after candidate who might be a huge asset to the team.
While some Saints supporters expressed disapproval over the team’s decision to keep head coach Dennis Allen, the same couldn’t be said about Pete Carmichael’s dismissal as offensive coordinator.

With Carmichael’s departure, a position becomes available. The offensive coordinator’s performance was somewhat of a lightning rod among Saints supporters. The group has a well-liked candidate in their sights and isn’t attempting to squander too much time.
The fact that multiple assistant coaches on DeMeco Ryan’s Houston Texans staff are vying for head coaching positions is hardly shocking. Their one-year turnaround has been nothing short of amazing, and rookie quarterback CJ Stroud has been the most notable factor in that.

Given that Johnson was Stroud’s quarterback coach during his rookie season—a season that will undoubtedly go down in history—it is safe to argue that the young quarterback’s performance was greatly influenced by him.

With the calibre of players on their roster and the standing of the division, the Saints must make the most of their quarterback play. Even though that didn’t occur in 2023, there is still hope. A youthful, inexperienced offensive coordinator could be able to ease some of their problems. “Some” is the crucial word there, but that’s a whole other bucket of worms.
With what he accomplished in a brief period of time during the 2023 season, Jerrod Johnson may be considered a “splash” appointment if the New Orleans Saints decide to make him their offensive coordinator. Even if there is still much to be done, we should be excited.
