Las Vegas holds the 13th overall pick in this year’s draft and might use it on a quarterback like Oregon’s Bo Nix, who is anticipated to be available when the Raiders make their selection.
If the Raiders opt to spend their first-round pick for another position, they can always sign an experienced quarterback in free agency.
The Raiders might sign an experienced quarterback, like as Russell Wilson, to compete for the starting quarterback position. However, Las Vegas may be hesitant to bring in an aging veteran quarterback following an unsuccessful try with Jimmy Garoppolo.
