Queta vented all the aggravation that comes with playing less than 20 minutes a night after winning a jump ball on the Celtics’ end of the court. Smith, a former number-ten pick, was forced to foul the seven-foot player.

The man-slam finished through contact, sending the Portuguese centre to the free throw line and giving Boston a four-point advantage. In a 129-124 victory, Queta contributed four points, one rebound, two blocks, and one highlight reel memory in her 14 minutes of play.

Queta joined the Celtics in September and has played in 19 games so far this season after signing a two-way contract. On 58 percent shooting, he is averaging 4.5 points and 4.3 rebounds.
