Saraland’s superstar and five-star receiver commit Ryan Williams (Saraland, AL) continues to make his mark on Alabama high school sports history.

The Alabama Sports Writers Association honoured Williams, who recently recommitted to Alabama, as the 42nd Alabama Mr. Football title winner. The Player of the Year Banquet took place on Tuesday afternoon in Montgomery.
“It definitely means a lot,” Williams stated upon receiving the honour. “It is an honour and a privilege. I’m just grateful that the AWSA selected me for this distinguished honour. I am grateful to my family and teammates for continuing to push me. Even after this, they will continue to push me. And it certainly means a lot.
