The final adjustments to the 247Sports Composite ranking were recently announced, shifting prospects for the last time as the 2024 cycle comes to an end. According to the 247Sports Composite Ranking, which is an average ranking from various sources in the recruiting industry, the Florida Gators had the No. 15 recruiting class, signing two five-stars, 12 four-stars, and six three-stars.
“I think when you get to a day like today, you realize that it takes a team of people,” Florida head coach Billy Napier remarked on December 20, 2023, after the first day of the Early Signing Period. “I believe we are incredibly fortunate at the University of Florida to have a terrific team. I can’t thank the administration enough for everything they’ve done here over the last two years to enhance the process, better the player experience, and give us the ability to compete and sign the top players in the country, which we achieved today.
After Early National Signing Day in December, Florida added two more four-star prospects. These names include defensive tackle D’Antre Robinson, who was released from his NLI at Texas, and Jameer Grimsley, who entered the transfer portal when Nick Saban retired at Alabama.
