ESPN NEWS UPDATE: Bears legend and Top Insider Drops harsh Justin Fields truth bomb ahead of NFL Draft

While the Super Bowl is the dominant topic on all NFL fans’ minds, the largest question in the league after the game is about the Chicago Bears. That franchise holds the No. 1 pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, and the question for Chicago is whether they will utilize the pick to draft a top-ranked quarterback like Caleb Williams of USC or keep Justin Fields and trade the pick for a boatload of money.

Bears honor Hall of Fame linebacker Brian Urlacher
Hall of Fame linebacker Brian Urlacher shared his thoughts on what the Bears should do. He believes his former team has no choice but to utilize the pick on Williams because he does not believe Fields is the answer to helping the Bears become a consistent playoff contender.

“If people are still wondering if Justin [Fields] is the guy, then he’s probably not the guy.” In my perspective, they should probably draft a kid.”

Former Ohio State WRs warn Bears would regret trading Justin Fields
Urlacher admitted that the Bears face a difficult dilemma, but he believes Fields has not showed enough skill and know-how in three seasons, therefore the organization would be better off bringing in the highly regarded Williams.
Brian Urlacher was a dominant defensive player for the Bears over his 13-year career. Urlacher appeared in eight Pro Bowls and was named to four All-Pro teams. He was voted the NFL’s defensive player of the year in 2005 after recording 122 tackles, 6.0 sacks, 17 tackles for loss, and 5 passes defensed. He retired during the 2012 season and was elected to the Hall of Fame in 2018.
