Caleb Cunningham, a five-star wide receiver from Ackerman (MS) Choctaw County, visited the Florida Gators for Junior Day earlier this month. It was his first visit since early high school. It was a nice refresher course on Gainesville and the University of Florida campus, and he wants to return this spring. Cunningham has decided on a date, telling Swamp247 that he will return to town on April 13 for the Gators Orange and Blue spring football game.
Cunningham is a top talent in the country, and schools from coast to coast are interested in him. Florida rolled out the red carpet and showed him around campus.
“It was great to see everyone and spend time with them,” he added a few weeks after his visit. “They have amazing folks there. It was just an opportunity for me to see everything there. They probably have one of the greatest campuses I’ve ever visited. It was beautiful, and they were very welcoming, so I appreciated it.”
