SAD NEWS: Georgia Bulldogs Are Set to Lose Another Key Integral Member of Its Team

The Georgia Bulldogs have had their fair share of coaching exits this summer, and the list appears to be continuing to expand. Dell McGee, the Bulldogs’ running backs coach, is in the process of finalizing a deal to become the new head coach of the Georgia State Panthers, according to sources. McGee will have his final interview on Thursday morning. McGee would be taking on his first collegiate head coaching position. McGee was one of Kirby Smart’s inaugural coaching staff members and spent nine seasons as a Bulldog running back. During his time, McGee coached Georgia legends like Nick Chubb, Sony Michel, D’Andre Swift, and James Cook, and he became well-known for his ability to communicate with players.
