HUGE CHAOS: Fury Unleashed On Dennis Allen and Team Top Officials amid Michael Thomas latest Saga and NFL take.

It’s just a projection at this point, but insiders have it on good authority that Michael Thomas will leave the New Orleans Saints. He’s been with the franchise his entire NFL career, and it’ll be difficult to watch him leave.

If there is one thing Michael Thomas is known for, it is his ability to win. When he decides to leave the NFL permanently, he will find another team to play for. However, Saints fans are hoping that this does not come back to haunt them in the rear, as it often does in these situations.
Michael Thomas & the Saints

After graduating from Ohio State in 2015, Michael Thomas was immediately picked by the Saints. The wide receiver was selected in the second round as the 47th overall pick. That would kick off his tremendous career with New Orleans, and what a career it has been.

He started his first NFL game with the Saints against the Raiders in the season opener. He caught six receptions that game, but his first score came a few weeks later, when Drew Brees connected with him on Monday Night Football against the Falcons. That was how his career began, and it appeared that everything would finish happily ever after.

After breaking the record for most receptions by a single player in 2019 with 149 and being voted NFL Offensive Player of the Year, he’s had a couple rough seasons since. In the last four years, his ailments have limited him to fewer than 20 games.

And just like that, the business of being in the NFL can heat up quickly.

Michael Thomas Has A Few Choice Words.

Despite early predictions that he would be released, the wide receiver was dissatisfied with the outcome. In fact, he took to the social media network formerly known as Twitter and began calling out one specific columnist who has been covering the Saints for years, Jeff Duncan.

The opening phrase of Duncan’s Thursday NOLA article says, “Michael Thomas has played his last game for the New Orleans Saints.” Of course, that must be difficult for anyone to read, especially when their name is all over it.

But Duncan went on to suggest far more than that. He discussed Thomas’ ailments throughout the years and how they contributed to his worsening behaviour. He concluded his essay by saying, “But for Thomas, his rocky Saints tenure will always be defined by unfulfilled potential. It could, would, and should have been so different. “A disappointing end to a tenure of seemingly limitless promise.”

Wow! If he wasn’t trying to stir up some drama with Thomas, he didn’t try very hard. Of course, the wide receiver had something to say about everything.

Who are the Saints looking at?

With Rashid Shaheed, Chris Olave, and A.T. Perry at the top of the roster, Keith Kirkwood and Lynn Bowden have difficulties to resolve before 2024. The Saints have a great deal of talent to work with. And don’t forget how quickly Taysom Hill can line up for a couple passes or deceive the defence into believing that’s why he’s on the field.

According to Sports Illustrated, the draft might not be the ideal place for the Saints to find a new wide receiver to replace Thomas. However, there is a nice roster of free agents, including Ray-Ray McCloud from the 49ers, Darnell Mooney from the Bears, and K.J. Osborn from the Vikings. Picking up Devin Duvernay from the Ravens may also be a good idea.

To be honest, no one can fill Michael Thomas’ shoes, and it’s a shame it ended on such dubious terms. But this hasn’t happened yet. What if the narrative does not turn out as Duncan predicted? That’d be nice.
