On Wednesday, the Southeastern Conference revealed its plan to prolong its eight-game league schedule until the 2025 season, as decision makers continue to seek the most balanced scheduling model after welcoming Oklahoma and Texas into the league this year.

Alabama will make its first trip to Athens in 2025, under new coach Kalen DeBoer. He will lead the Crimson Tide into Samford Stadium for the first time since October 2015, when Alabama defeated the Bulldogs 38-10.

It will be eight years between trips to Nashville, but the Crimson Tide will return to Vanderbilt in 2025 for the first time since defeating the ‘Dores 59-0 in September 2017.

Crimson Tide supporters will be more familiar with road trips to Missouri and South Carolina. The Crimson Tide won 47-23 in Williams-Brice Stadium in September 2019 and 38-19 at Faurot Field in September 2020.

The actual dates of the games have yet to be published, although they will most likely appear in a similar form to the 2024 schedule.
