Sean Payton, the former head coach of the New Orleans Saints, has lured a large number of former Saints to his Denver Broncos roster. Some contributed, while others did not.
Payton’s Broncos have signed another former Saints player.
Calvin Throckmorton, an inside offensive lineman, is the latest victim.
Throckmorton started 14 games for New Orleans in 2021. In 2023, he played for both the Carolina Panthers and the Tennessee Titans.
The Broncos add some veteran depth to their offensive line. Meanwhile, the Saints should do the same.
