DONE DEAL: Georgia Bulldogs Has Officially Completed The Signing of Four Star WR Who Reveal Family Connections Made Him Sign For The Bulldogs

Following months of speculation, waiting, and hard work, the Georgia Bulldogs have finally found their man, with four-star wide receiver Tyler Williams declaring his commitment to the Dawgs during a ceremony on Tuesday evening.

Williams, ranked as the nation’s No. 124 overall prospect in the Class of 2023 by the On3 Consensus, is Georgia’s twentieth commitment of the cycle.

He is the Bulldogs’ third wide receiver pledge, following fellow four-star Raymond Cottrell and three-star Yazeed Haynes, who chose Georgia over Miami, South Carolina, Clemson, and Texas A&M.
Georgia has long been regarded a heavy favourite to land Williams’ commitment, with the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine putting him at a 93.8 percent chance only earlier today.

Much thanks goes to Georgia receivers coach Bryan McClendon for this.

“Georgia boasts the greatest receivers within and outside of college football. Nobody can protect them; everyone gets the ball equally, which is a good thing,” Williams previously told On3’s Chad Simmons. “Then you have BMac (Bryan McClendon). Our relationship is different. He approached me in a unique way; he feels like family to me, which is significant.

And, while McClendon led the way, it was a team effort for one of the nation’s best playmakers.

“They build relationships with you outside of football, but it’s not only that,” he remarked. “They never mention or try to discredit another school’s name during my recruiting process, which I appreciate. It demonstrates that they simply want me to go where I feel most at ease, not based on statistics or what I see on social media.
