Jeff Brohm, head coach of the University of Louisville football team, and his staff will have a lot of quality unofficial guests on campus Friday for the Spring game.
The staff will also host an official guest.
Four-star safety JaDon Blair of Mount Tabor High School in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, will be in Louisville on Wednesday to begin his official visit. He just paid an official visit to Virginia Tech and has visits scheduled for South Carolina in May, Notre Dame, Michigan, Florida State, and Penn State in June.
In March, the 6-foot-4, 190-pound recruit listed Louisville as one of his top ten schools.
At the time, he told 247Sports about U of L: “When the linebackers coach (Mark Ivey) came to the school for the first time and I got to talk to him, it was very exciting.” Lamar Jackson went there and is one of my all-time favourite players. It’s impressive that the new coach can go there and get the program up to that level. Seeing how he can win and develop guys in just one year is a big deal for me. “That demonstrates his abilities.”
Blair is a playmaker in high school. On defence, he recorded 57 tackles, three tackles for loss, four interceptions, one fumble recovery, and a forced fumble. On offence, he caught 10 passes for 255 yards and six touchdowns, while also rushing three times for 20 yards.
Blair, a four-star talent, is ranked No. 160 in the ’25 class by 247Sports. He is ranked as the No. 15 safety prospect and the No. 5 player in North Carolina.
