Allow the reactions to run. The New Orleans Saints selected one of the greatest offensive line prospects in this year’s draft in the first round, and he has won numerous accolades since then. Taliese Fuaga is expected to start at OT for the Saints offence next season.
Senior Bowl director Jim Nagy believes Fuaga may be a future Pro Bowl tackle for the Saints.
Nagy has been around a lot of NFL talent while working with the Senior Bowl. He is a former NFL scout who spent eighteen years in the league.
The Saints hope Fuaga fits in well with their new offensive plan. They’re in a small transition period with a new offensive staff led by OC Klint Kubiak. They believe his tough run blocking and professional-level pass protection will be a good match in New Orleans.
“He’s a really agile, large human being. “And he is a bully.” — Nagy
Nagy also underlined Fuaga’s victory over Laiatu Latu. He did not concede a sack against him. The Indianapolis Colts just chose Latu with the 15th overall pick.
Fuaga will play an important role in the Saints offense’s future. They hope Nagy is completely correct in his projection.
