Tennessee secured a major commitment on the offensive line on Thursday morning, adding four-star recruit Nic Moore to their 2025 class. The Dandridge, Tennessee native communicated his decision via X.
Moore is 6-3, 300 pounds, and projects as an interior offensive tackle. Moore is ranked 228th overall in the 2025 class by 247Sports, making him the country’s 13th rated interior offensive lineman. He is Tennessee’s fifth-rated prospect.
Tennessee sent an offer to Moore on May 10th, following a visit to his high school.
Moore chose Tennessee on his formal visit last weekend. The Volunteers beat out Vanderbilt and West Virginia, which also hosted Moore on official visits this month. Moore was being recruited as a defensive lineman by both Vanderbilt and West Virginia universities. He is projected to play offensively alongside Glen Elarbee at Tennessee.
The two-way lineman also competes on the track and field squad.
With Moore’s addition, Tennessee currently has 12 pledges for the 2025 class. Moore joins Antoni Kade Ogumoro on the offensive line for the group. According to 247Sports, Tennessee’s class climbs up to No. 16 in the early class rankings.
