HUGE CLASH: “I Will Leave If Robert Saleh Doesn’t Leave” Packers QB Jordan Love Clash With Robert Saleh Over….

The Green Bay Packers are 5-2 after seven games, a significant improvement from their 2-5 record at this point last season. Of course, there are other reasons for this start, not the least of which is Jordan Love’s outstanding quarterback performance. Recently, Dallas Cowboys All-Pro linebacker Micah Parsons stated that the Packers quarterback must be considered one of the top five in the NFL.

In five games this season (he missed two due to a sprained MCL), Love completed 61.6% of his throws for 1,351 yards, 15 touchdowns, eight interceptions, and a passer rating of 94.1.

Clearly, he has not been faultless. Love has eight interceptions this season, tied with Patrick Mahomes for the most in the league. The offence is still improving, and they have added a new set of eyes, which could help them even more.

Green Bay Packers: Jordan Love Opens Up About Robert Saleh's Shocking Role With Team - Gridiron Heroics

The Green Bay Packers have hired former New York Jets Head Coach Robert Saleh.
On Wednesday afternoon, Packers fans were stunned when photos and videos from reporters covering the team for various outlets showed former New York Jets head coach Robert Saleh at practice in Green Bay circulated on social media.
Saleh was sacked two weeks ago, after the Jets started 2-3. Of course, he had been tutoring former Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers in New York, making his return to Green Bay even more fascinating for fans.

Packers head coach Matt LaFleur and Saleh are great friends, with the former serving as best man at the latter’s wedding. Interestingly, LaFleur did not bring in Saleh, a defensive-minded coach, to assist Jeff Hafley’s defence.

Instead, Saleh is concentrating on the offence. “It’s a good opportunity for him to learn and also for him to help us, give us perspective on how teams might see us, on how they might defend us,” LaFleur told me. “Certainly, we may uncover holes or vulnerabilities in the defence that we’re using. That’s how we’ll use him.

LaFleur’s quarterback is excited to learn more about how defences will approach him.

Robert Saleh hired to help Packers' coaching staff - Acme Packing Company
Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love speaks out on Robert Saleh. Working with the Offence.
Speaking to reporters after practice, Love stated, “Having a defensive mind talking offence and helping us with things he might be able to see, some of our scheme stuff, things the defence might be looking for, it helps.”
When asked if he’d ever asked Rodgers about Saleh, Love simply said, “No.”

LaFleur stated that Saleh’s status with the Packers is unclear and that he will travel home after practice on Thursday.

While Saleh is likely to return to Green Bay for additional practices, he is unlikely to have a permanent position on LaFleur’s staff. Hafley has done an excellent job on the Packers defence, which is why Saleh is advising the offence.
