The Washington Commanders are on a two-game skid after losing to the Philadelphia Eagles in a primetime NFC East showdown. They stay in conference play for their Week 13 game, but against a much weaker opponent in the Dallas Cowboys.
Still, the Commanders are hoping to reach near-full strength in the second half of their regular season schedule, especially because they are aiming for a playoff spot. However, it remains unclear whether four-time Pro Bowl cornerback Marshon Lattimore will be able to make his Washington debut in Week 12.
The former New Orleans Saints star will be better examined on Thursday and Friday, as he has yet to play since being dealt at the deadline.
On Wednesday, the standout defensive back did not play due to a hamstring issue. While they may not require his services as much versus Dallas, they will undoubtedly want him on the field as quickly as possible.
Here’s how Washington’s injury report unfolded before their next NFC East rivalry game:
Non-participant:
LB Nick Bellore (knee), TE Zach Ertz (rest), and CB Marshon Lattimore (hamstring) are all limited participants.
DE Clelin Ferrell, knee CB Noah Igbinoghene, thumb.
K Austin Seibert is hip.
TE Ben Sinnott has a sickness.
The Commanders’ injury report isn’t very lengthy, which is fortunate given their desire for a big win. The Houston Texans were able to break their two-game losing streak against the Cowboys on Monday, and the Commanders will aim to replicate that success this weekend against Dallas.
