THE TIGER IS BACK: Lions Hc Dan Campbell Issues Promising Update On Aidan Hutchinson Broken Leg Injury That Has Lions Fans Losing Their Minds

The Detroit Lions’ defence has been as injured as any starting unit in the National Football League in recent months, with linebacker Malcolm “Rodrigo” Rodriguez suffering a ruptured ACL against Chicago on Thanksgiving Day, among other ailments.

Detroit’s brightest talent on defence, defensive end Aidan Hutchinson, suffered a fractured leg earlier this season, causing the former Michigan Wolverines star and number two overall draft pick to begin rehab in recent weeks.

On Thursday, reporter Tracy Wolfson provided an update on Hutchinson’s improvement that went unnoticed amid the pomp and exaggeration surrounding the Bears’ disastrous late-game drive, which denied them a chance to win. Wolfson stated that Hutchinson performed something completely new that represents a milestone in his recovery and has sparked hope for a future return to the field if Detroit makes it to Super Bowl LIX.

“And good news for his recovery…arrived (Thursday) to the game without crutches for the first time!” Wolfson wrote on her X account. “If was told if #Lions make the Super Bowl there is a chance (for his return)!” Wolfson added.
