BREAKING : Broncos Bo Nix’s Wife Denies Rumor About Upcoming ‘Big Announcement’

The Denver Broncos are off in Week 14, giving the entire team a much-needed midseason respite. The Broncos are riding high right now, having won three straight games, the last of which was a 41-32 home triumph against the Cleveland Browns in Week 13. Bo Nix has been critical to the 8-5 Broncos’ performance, as they compete for second place in the AFC West with the 8-4 Los Angeles Chargers (who play the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday). The 24-year-old has had an outstanding first season for the Broncos, with 17 touchdown passes leading the way among all first-year quarterbacks. At this point, the former Auburn star is regarded as one of the top contenders for the Rookie of the Year award, trailing only No. 2 overall choice Jayden Daniels of the Washington Commanders.

Nix’s wife, Izzy Nix, has also made news recently, albeit not for the proper reasons. On Sunday, a Broncos fan page on Facebook called Orange Crush Force stated that the couple is set to make a “BIG announcement” about their alleged nine-week pregnancy. Izzy Nix became aware of the post and resolved to put an end to the rumour. “To save us from another congratulations text… this is FAKE NEWS,” she stated in her Instagram Stories.

Izzy Nix has publicly denied the rumour and stated unequivocally that she is not pregnant. To be fair, the 26-year-old former Auburn cheerleader chose to take the fake claim lightly. Instead of making a loud statement about the post, Izzy Nix chose to simply laugh at it and move on. According to People, Bo and Izzy Nix met in June 2020 while attending Auburn University.

The former Tigers quarterback proposed to his then-girlfriend inside Auburn’s Jordan-Hare Stadium just a year after they first met. On July 2, 2022, the couple married in their home state of Alabama and have been blissfully married ever since. While having children may be part of their future plans, the Nixes are now not expecting. Bo Nix is currently focusing on football. He’ll be hoping to keep his foot on the throttle when the Broncos return to action on Sunday, Dec. 15, at home against the Indianapolis Colts.
