Jordan Love was also dealing with a number of injuries that he had received during the season, including an MCL sprain against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 1 and an elbow injury that prevented him from playing for the most of the Chicago Bears’ loss in Week 18.
Although Love is not yet a wily veteran, he is officially in his fifth season with the organization, and for most of the players, this was at least their third playoff experience. Nevertheless, those justifications do grow stale.
This offseason, the Packers must make significant personnel moves.
The justifications eventually run out. Therefore, the Packers’ top priority this summer is to acquire top-tier, blue-chip players. Green Bay’s roster is solid overall and reasonably deep. However, there aren’t many players that you can confidently declare are among the best 5 in their position.
Security lone defensive linemen Elgton Jenkins and Zach Tom, as well as cornerback and kick returner Keisean Nixon, garnered multiple votes from the AP, while Xavier McKinney was Green Bay’s lone representation on the 2024 All Pro teams.
