“Am Coming to Join You Guys” lions QB Jared Goff Reveals Details Of Myles Garrett Chat With Both Lions’ Aidan Hutchinson and Jared Goff

The Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett’s formal request for a trade has been the talk of the NFL world in the run-up to the Super Bowl.

The Detroit Lions appear to be a perfect fit for the outstanding EDGE rusher, as the defensive line is still looking for a guy other than Aidan Hutchinson can consistently sack the quarterback.

A photo of Hutchinson and Jared Goff chatting to the Browns defensive lineman in New Orleans during the annual NFL Honours ceremony has gone viral.

Detroit fans were overjoyed to learn that two Lions leaders were attempting to entice the 29-year-old to join the team.

Garrett explained this week that his desire to seek a trade is not motivated by personal accomplishments or accolades. The Browns EDGE rusher wants to be a part of a competitive NFL club before his spectacular career comes to an end.

“It’s never been about the Hall of Fame for me,” Garrett told Rich Eisen earlier this week. “This isn’t about money or records. You’re recognized for winning and taking a trophy home to your community, wherever it is. That is how you are remembered in your community, by your classmates, teammates, and friends alike. We want to play the game and accomplish things that will be remembered.

On the NFL Honours red carpet, the former No. 2 pick was asked if the Lions would consider dealing for Garrett.

“Everyone is asking me about that. “I don’t know,” Hutchinson said. “I don’t think you can have that many guys on one D-line, I’m not sure. Who knows, but I believe it’s extremely unlikely.”
