Denver Broncos roster review: Wide Receiver Courtland Sutton - Mile High Report

Courtland Sutton is 30 years old and will become a free agent after the 2025 season. Broncos general manager George Paton delivered an optimistic update on Sutton’s chances of re-signing. According to Zac Stevens of DNVR Broncos, Paton stated, “We want him here.” when negotiating Sutton’s extension.

Sutton is one of the Broncos’ longest-tenured players, and with Nix on a rookie contract, retaining Sutton is plausible. After signing a new contract in July 2024, the Broncos receiver is hoping for another payday. Sutton is coming off a great 2024 season with Nix, in which he had 1,081 receiving yards and eight touchdowns.
