The team led by Nottingham Forest head coach Steve Cooper will go to Manchester City this afternoon (Saturday).
Danilo, a midfielder for the Reds, will be sidelined “for a few weeks still,” according to Cooper, and center-back Felipe is still recovering from a knee injury. In this week’s press conference prior to the game, the manager remained mum over the availability of defender Serge Aurier.
Cooper will be able to use his whole roster for the trip to Manchester, with the exception of Danilo and Felipe, if it is assumed that Aurier will be fit to play against City. A list of the whole Forest roster is provided below.
Matt Turner, Wayne Hennessey, and Odysseas Vlachodimos are the goalkeepers.
Defenders: Andrew Omobamidele, Murillo, Ola Aina, Joe Worrall, Neco Williams, Moussa Niakhate, Serge Aurier, Scott McKenna, Gonzalo Montiel, Willy Boly.
Andrey Santos, Nicolas Dominguez, Ryan Yates, Brandon Aguilera, Orel Mangala, Ibrahim Sangare, Cheikhou Kouyate, Nicolas Dominguez.
Attackers include Taiwo Awoniyi, Anthony Elanga, Chris Wood, Morgan Gibbs-White, and Divock Origi.
Felipe and Danilo are ruled out.
