The Texans have welcomed back one of their own.
On Wednesday, Houston announced the re-signing of cornerback D’Angelo Ross.
Ross, 27, appeared in 13 games for the Texans last season and made eight total tackles. He played 55.4 percent of special teams snaps and eight defensive snaps.
He previously played three games for the Patriots in 2021. Ross also played for the Miami Dolphins and the XFL’s St. Louis BattleHawks.
Ross was set to become a restricted free agent.
